NEW: Client Portal

NPC is excited to announce our new Client Portal!

North Psychology Clinic now offers a secure client portal through which you can communicate securely with your therapist, complete and view paperwork, view balance statements, and make payments.

How to register

Contact your therapist or our administrative staff at (763) 531-0566 to verify your email address. You will receive an email from info@northpsychology.com titled “Invitation to Set Up a NPC Client Portal.”

NOTE: can be filtered to JUNK MAIL

Please check your junk mail if you do not receive this email, and add info@northpsychology.com to a list of approved mailers.

Click on “Register” to create a secure login and password. You should then be re-directed to your portal homepage, where you will be able to view any documents that have been shared with you by your therapist, your most recent balance statement (if available), and make payments on your balance.

What to expect

Any time your provider has paperwork for you to review and sign, you will receive an email from info@northpsychology.com with the subject “Paperwork Needed.” Emails can be filtered to JUNK MAIL, so please check.

You will also receive email notifications from alert@procentive.com when you have a new balance statement available. Again, emails can be filtered to JUNK MAIL, so please check, and add alert@procentive.com to your list of approved mailers.
